Wantable is a personal styling service that combines expert stylists with technology to select pieces based on your size, preferences, and budget. Take a style quiz, optionally request items in the Stream, receive a curated delivery to try at home, and keep what you love—return the rest.

How do I change the frequency of my automatic shipments?

Accepted Answer

Go to your Plans page. Under Order Frequency, click the pencil icon and choose a new frequency. If you have more than one subscription category, update each frequency separately.

How do I checkout?

Accepted Answer

Log in and visit Plan Manager or use the link in your delivery email. Checkout is available until your return is received and scanned by the carrier. If you don’t checkout before returning items, you’ll only be billed for what you kept. If your kept/returned items change after checkout, billing is adjusted when returns are processed.

What if I can’t return my Edit within 5 days?

Accepted Answer

On your Plans page you can add a one-time 3-day extension to your Edit. Complete checkout, then click “Extend Due Date.” If you need more assistance or more than 3 additional days, contact support to request an adjustment.
